For select exclusive customers who want luxurious, home-styled apartments that are part of modern Goan houses, we have on offer this apartment, which is part of our Goan House, comprising 2 independent bedrooms, 1 living room with dining area, and kitchen area. This deluxe apartment comes with all wooden furniture along with the facility of a washing machine. This deluxe apartment is given for short/long-term holiday stays.
All types of rooms at our guest house are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, offering a range of top-tier facilities. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, which is a stocked mini-bar (chargeable extra if used), AC, and TVs, along with an electric kettle for your refreshment needs and an electronic locker to keep your valuables safe.
All rooms are provided with a sofa cum bed, which provides the benefit of accommodating a third person/guest if any, rather than opting to sleep down on the floor. A small nominal amount is charged for the sofa cum bed facility if used.

3 – 12 years: Extra bed upon request: ₹ 500 per child, per night. ( ₹ 600 during the Christmas season).
13 years & Above: Extra bed upon request: ₹ 600 per child, per night.( ₹ 800 during the Christmas season).
Prices for extra beds are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. The number of extra beds allowed is dependent on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information. There are no cots available at this property. All extra beds are subject to availability.
